DESCRIPTION:
The Anti-Blok Ventricular Catheter is designed with four axial channels at the tip, each with recessed rectangular molded holes. The channels promote free flow of CSF and discourage occlusion of the holes by debris, tissue, choroid plexus or ventricle walls.

Vision catheters are manufactured of clear tubing with an encapsulated barium stripe allowing the physician to check for air bubbles in the system prior to closing. The encapsulated barium does not come into contact with CSF or tissue and therefore is not susceptable to complication associated with barium catheters.
