Description:
The Phoenix Lumbar Drainage Systems are designed for external drainage of CSF from the lumbar subarachnoid space.

The LPDC1 is a 90 cm barium impregnated catheter with a closed end with 12 drainage holes. The catheter has measurement markings at 11.5, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16,

17, 18, 19 and 20 cm from the lumbar end and 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 25, 30, 35, and 40 cm from the peritoneal end. Provided with the drainage catheter is a 14G Touhy Needle, compression hub with a luer connector for attachment to the Phoenix “Fifth Ventricle” Drainage Bag. The LPDC1 is packaged with a 110 cm guidewire.
